Tender Steps into Being a Seeker

Here's the story of my first few steps that shaped my life.

As all little individuals, I was a curious child but when the answers to all my questions were, “It is so because a grown-up (a relative) said that and you are expected to follow it,” then I stopped asking. And soon there were no questions. It was early in my life that I learned to live life as per others' expectations or what was being told to me. I never tried to dive deep and seek and the sad part was that I didn't even realize that I am missing out that seeking aspect of life. Everything was at face value and things appeared to be fine. I think, I was happy then. It appeared to be a blessing in disguise but I definitely felt something was missing. Many times, I found myself lost in thoughts, groping in some dark cave without a ray of light. I wasn't sure what is missing?

My life changed when Ayurveda (the Science of Life) showed its' glow. It gave me a second chance. It revealed my true self to me. I started questioning again, and this time I looked at the right place for my answers. I had access to the Vedic knowledge from traditional text and I was blessed to be connected with some very enlightened beings like Dr. Vasant Lad. Many others equipped with deeper wisdom sourced from ancient Vedic text started to show up in my life (Therefore, I have lots of Gurus in my life.

By the way, Guru means someone who removes darkness from ones’ life). It was magical and life became beautiful. I began to see the miracles of life. I felt truly blessed. With the influence of these rich experiences, I was inspired to turn within and this how I found my path towards becoming a Seeker.

May the light within bless us all and help me to accomplish my goal,

“To connect people to their inner self by acknowledging their Fear and Pain so that life could be led with a true smile, miles away from a frown.”

I come to you as a resource who can provide some warmth (through lifestyle management,) some love (through food and herbs,) some strength (through pranayama and yoga,) and some wisdom (through readings and meditation) all of which I have received from my gurus.
